Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Welcome to Griinbound.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Griinbound.store and any purchases made through our website.

Throughout these Terms, “Griinbound”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating Griinbound.store.

“You”, “your” and “customer” refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing products from us.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

1. About Griinbound

Trading name: Griinbound
Website: Griinbound.store
Email: contact@Griinbound.store

These business details should be kept accurate and up to date.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Website

Our website is intended for lawful use.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you are under 18, you should only place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, materials and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, the appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory right to receive goods that are:

  • Of satisfactory quality.

  • Fit for purpose where applicable.

  • As described.

  • Consistent with any other statutory requirements applicable to the goods.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve that product.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil the order, refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including where stock is limited or where we reasonably suspect resale, fraud or misuse.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website will be presented clearly.

Where applicable, prices will include taxes required to be included in the advertised price.

Any delivery charges or other mandatory charges applicable to an order will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

We will not intentionally introduce hidden mandatory charges after you have begun the checkout process.

6. Pricing Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product information error before accepting your order, we may contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.

If we cannot contact you, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.

Nothing in this section permits us to disregard a contract that has already become legally binding where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Promotions and Discount Offers

From time to time, Griinbound may offer:

  • Promotional discounts.

  • Multi-buy promotions.

  • Complimentary products or gifts.

  • Discount codes.

  • Seasonal offers.

  • Limited promotional campaigns.

The conditions applicable to a promotion will be made reasonably clear before purchase.

Promotional claims and material conditions will not intentionally be concealed or presented misleadingly.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot normally be combined with other promotional codes.

A promotion does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Placing an Order

Our online ordering process allows you to review your basket and correct errors before submitting your order.

Before placing your order, you should check:

  • The products selected.

  • Quantities.

  • Sizes and colours.

  • Delivery address.

  • Billing information.

  • Delivery option.

  • Total price.

  • Payment information.

When you submit an order requiring payment, you acknowledge that the order involves an obligation to pay.

After submitting an order, you will normally receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

9. Formation of the Contract

Your order represents an offer to purchase products from us.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, our acceptance occurs when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or when the goods are dispatched.

At that point, a contract is formed between you and Griinbound for the relevant goods.

Different products within the same order may be accepted and dispatched separately.

10. Reasons We May Be Unable to Accept an Order

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including where:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • We cannot authorise your payment.

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

  • An obvious pricing or description error has occurred.

  • We cannot deliver to the address supplied.

  • Delivery restrictions apply.

  • You do not meet applicable ordering requirements.

  • We are prevented from fulfilling the order by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where payment has already been taken for an order that we do not accept, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

11. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

You must provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

Your use of those payment methods may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

We do not obtain ownership of funds that a payment provider has rejected or reversed.

12. Payment Security

We take reasonable measures to operate our website securely.

However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely free from security risks.

You must not attempt to interfere with payment systems, bypass security controls or use fraudulent payment information.

13. Delivery

Available delivery options, applicable charges and delivery information will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

Where no separate delivery period has been agreed, UK consumer law generally requires delivery within 30 days after the contract is entered into.

14. Delivery Estimates

Any estimated delivery period displayed by us is an estimate unless we expressly agree that a particular delivery date or period is essential or guaranteed.

Events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery.

If a delay occurs, we will handle the matter in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right you may have to cancel an order where delivery is not made within the agreed or legally required period.

15. Delivery Address

You are responsible for checking that the delivery address submitted with your order is accurate.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at:

contact@Griinbound.store

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

This does not affect our obligations where a delivery problem was caused by us.

16. Risk in the Goods

Risk in products will pass in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We remain responsible for goods while they are in transit where UK consumer law requires us to do so.

A customer will not be treated as bearing the risk of loss merely because a parcel has been handed to a courier selected by Griinbound.

17. Cancellation Rights

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel their purchase without giving a reason.

For most goods purchased online, the statutory cancellation period is generally 14 days from the day the consumer, or a person nominated by the consumer, receives the goods.

Further information about cancelling an order is available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory cancellation rights.

18. Returns

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, you must notify us within the applicable cancellation period.

After notifying us, goods must be returned within the legally applicable period.

For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for direct return costs where they were properly informed of this before entering into the contract.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete return instructions.

19. Refunds

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Where you lawfully cancel an online purchase, we will refund payments that are required to be refunded by law.

Where applicable, this includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional amounts paid for premium or enhanced delivery may not be refundable where the law does not require us to refund them.

20. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable statutory standards.

If goods are:

  • Faulty.

  • Not of satisfactory quality.

  • Not fit for their intended purpose where applicable.

  • Not as described.

you may have statutory rights to remedies including, depending on the circumstances:

  • Rejection and refund.

  • Repair.

  • Replacement.

  • Price reduction.

  • Final rejection.

Nothing in these Terms restricts those rights.

21. Short-Term Right to Reject

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract.

The exact remedy available depends on the circumstances and the applicable statutory requirements.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides further information.

22. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at:

contact@Griinbound.store

Please provide your order number and sufficient information for us to investigate the issue.

Photographs may help us resolve the matter more quickly but will not be used to remove statutory rights where photographs are unavailable.

23. Product Care

Customers should follow reasonable product care instructions provided with garments or accessories.

Damage caused solely by misuse, inappropriate care, accidental damage or ordinary wear and tear is not necessarily a product fault.

This does not affect rights relating to goods that were already defective or insufficiently durable when supplied.

24. Customer Accounts

Where our website allows accounts to be created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or serious breaches of these Terms.

25. Acceptable Use

You must not use Griinbound.store:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent activity.

  • To transmit malicious software.

  • To interfere with website security.

  • To gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.

  • To impersonate another person.

  • To submit false payment information.

  • To scrape or extract website content unlawfully.

  • To infringe intellectual property rights.

  • To interfere materially with the use of the website by others.

We may take reasonable steps to protect our website and customers from misuse.

26. Reviews and Customer Content

Where customers are permitted to submit reviews, photographs or other content, that content must be genuine and must not be misleading.

You must not knowingly submit:

  • Fake reviews.

  • Reviews falsely presented as independent.

  • Reviews about products you have not genuinely experienced where the review implies otherwise.

  • Unlawful, defamatory or abusive content.

  • Content infringing another person's intellectual property rights.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but we will not knowingly manipulate customer reviews in a way that creates a misleading impression of consumer opinion.

27. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of Griinbound.store, including:

  • Brand names.

  • Logos.

  • Graphics.

  • Photography.

  • Product descriptions.

  • Website design.

  • Text.

  • Visual content.

is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Griinbound or the relevant rights holder.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or falsely represent our intellectual property without appropriate permission.

28. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Third-party trade marks, payment provider names and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on our website grants you ownership of third-party intellectual property.

29. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their independent content, availability or practices.

You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

30. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected.

31. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies, appropriate consent mechanisms should be provided.

Further information is available in our Cookie Policy or Privacy Policy.

32. Website Availability

We aim to keep Griinbound.store available and functioning correctly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for:

  • Maintenance.

  • Security.

  • Technical problems.

  • System upgrades.

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Such interruptions do not affect contractual or statutory rights relating to purchases already made.

33. Changes to the Website

We may update or modify the website and its content from time to time.

Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or contractual rights that have already arisen.

34. Our Responsibility to Consumers

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable.

We do not seek to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights.

  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

35. Business Losses

Our website and products are primarily intended for consumers purchasing for personal use.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

If you wish to purchase primarily for business or commercial resale purposes, please contact us before ordering.

36. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

If such an event materially affects our ability to fulfil your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

37. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact:

contact@Griinbound.store

Please provide your name, order number where applicable, and details of your concern.

We will aim to deal with complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.

38. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Where applicable, information concerning an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) entity may be provided if a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly.

Any obligation to participate in a particular ADR process will depend on applicable law and whether Griinbound is required or has agreed to use that procedure.

Your right to bring a claim before an appropriate court is not removed merely because an ADR process may be available.

39. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

  • Changes to our services.

  • Operational changes.

  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

  • Security requirements.

  • Changes to our business practices.

The Terms applicable to your purchase will generally be those made available when the relevant contract was entered into, except where a change is required by law or expressly agreed.

The latest version will be published on Griinbound.store.

40. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

41. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

42. Transfer of Rights

We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms to another organisation where legally permitted.

Any transfer will not reduce your statutory rights.

You may only transfer your rights or obligations where permitted by law or with our agreement where our agreement is legally required.

43. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated into them and the information provided to you before purchase, form the basis of the contract between you and Griinbound.

Information that applicable consumer legislation treats as part of the contract will remain part of the contract.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud or prevents a consumer from relying on statutory rights.

44. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and contracts made through Griinbound.store are governed by applicable UK law.

Where English law applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory rights available to you under the laws and jurisdiction rules applicable to your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory legal protections or the right to bring proceedings in a court that applicable law permits them to use.

45. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces your statutory consumer rights.

These rights may arise under legislation including the:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, as amended.

  • Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

  • Other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory statutory consumer right, the statutory right will prevail.
